Stacee Novotny is a highly trained holistic nutrition and fitness consultant who understands that every person is different in terms of their lifestyle, current fitness levels, and wellness goals. She treats every client as an individual. Spending time with them in order to understand their personal nutrition and fitness goals, their background and what kind of lives they lead. She uses this understanding of the individual to create specially tailored programs that are directly related to the individual’s current lifestyle and ultimate goals.
Stacee provides her clients with tools that will enable them to gain the confidence for self direction and growth. Her programs are designed to work intensely with a client for a period of time to create the ideal nutrition plan and/or fitness routine that will achieve both their immediate and long term goals.

The S.N.A.C.K.S. philosophy works on the principle that the body, mind and spirit are interconnected and that focusing on developing only one aspect can never lead to balanced growth. Stacee’s holistic fitness programs address far more than just muscle strength and endurance, but to improve how the entire body functions including the intellect and emotional balance.
These Holistic programs do not demand extremes in dieting or exercise as Stacee believes this is counterproductive to one’s self. The goal is for the client to be comfortable and generate a feeling of well-being to foster the commitment to achieving maximum wellness. Then the journey to wellness is much easier obtained.
Another passion of Stacee’s is working with cancer survivors and caregivers to help incorporate physical activity and a healthy diet into their lives. She takes great pride in the amazing changes that occur in these individuals after they begin utilizing S.N.A.C.K.S. These specially designed programs help them to regain control of their bodies and provide tools that can be used to create a new and healthy lifestyle to move forward in their journey.
